Thank you for shopping at LishaPets! We are dedicated to delivering high-quality cat litter, litter boxes, cozy beds, and engaging toys right to your doorstep, exclusively within Canada.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within Canada.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed with care within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are determined by the size/weight of your order and the distance to your delivery address. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Orders Over $79 CAD (before tax): FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders Under $79 CAD:Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your shipping address/distance.
Delivery Estimate: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched, depending on your location in Canada.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. LishaPets is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
