Return & Refund Policy 

At LishaPets, the health, safety, and hygiene of your feline companions are our absolute top priorities. Because we specialize in cat hygiene and lifestyle products (including cat litter, litter boxes, cat beds, and toys), all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.  

Why We Enforce an "All Sales Final" Policy:
To ensure that every cat receives 100% sterile, safe, and uncontaminated products, we cannot accept returns once an item has left our facility:  

  • Cat Litter & Litter Boxes: For obvious sanitary and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.  
  • Cat Beds & Toys: To prevent the spread of pet illnesses, parasites, or scent contamination, we do not accept returns on these items. Toys are strictly non-returnable once opened or used. 

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly make it right!

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.  
  • Contact us at lishapets@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your Order Number (e.g., #LP1001). 
    • Clear photos or a short video of the damaged product.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
